Are your products safe to use at home?
Yes. We only sell mild, water-based formulas and tile-safe tools. Every chemical product carries clear safety labelling — keep out of reach of children, do not consume, and use in a ventilated area. We do not sell strong acids, strong alkalis or industrial mould strippers.
Do your products disinfect or sanitise?
No. Our products are for everyday household surface cleaning and tile/grout care only. They are not sanitisers, disinfectants or medical products, and we make no health, antibacterial or medical claims.
Which currency are prices in?
All prices are in USD (US dollars). We ship worldwide; any import duties or local taxes are the customer's responsibility.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $6, and orders over $50 ship free. See the Shipping page for delivery estimates.
Can I return a product?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened chemical products (pens, gels, sealants, whiteners) cannot be returned unless faulty. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
