Refund Policy

Clear, fair refunds. This policy explains when refunds apply, how they're processed and how long they take.

When you're entitled to a refund

  • Eligible unopened items returned within the 14-day window
  • Items that arrive faulty, damaged or not as described
  • Orders where we sent the wrong product

Opened chemical products cannot be refunded unless faulty, as set out in our Returns Policy.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (for example, the card or PayPal account used). We do not issue cash refunds and cannot redirect a refund to a different account.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we approve the refund within 3 business days. After approval, your bank or payment provider typically takes a further 5–10 business days to post the funds to your statement.

What's refunded

Refunds cover the price paid for eligible returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we refund the full amount including applicable shipping.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard returns process applies.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you believe there is a problem with a charge, please contact us first at support@jprplumbsvc.shop— we can almost always resolve issues faster than a formal dispute. Your statement descriptor will read “JPRPLUMBSVC STORE”.
